Who we are

“GurshaPlus,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this website and the GurshaPlus early-access experience. This site is aimed at creators and experts, including those in Ethiopia, who want to learn about upcoming features such as paid private sessions.

What we collect

• Early access: email address (and a server-generated timestamp) when you join the waitlist on the home page.
• Contact form: email address, message content, and a timestamp when you use the Contact page.
• Technical data: your hosting and infrastructure providers (for example Vercel) and Google Firebase may process technical information such as IP address, device/browser type, and logs as described in their respective privacy policies.

How we use information

We use waitlist and contact information to respond to you, notify interested users about early access or product news when appropriate, operate and secure the site, and understand interest in GurshaPlus features. We do not sell your personal information as a product.

Where data is stored

Waitlist and contact submissions are stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database under your project configuration. Data may be processed on Google’s infrastructure. Please review Firebase / Google privacy documentation for details on how Google handles data as a service provider.

Retention

We keep early-access and contact records for as long as needed to operate this phase of GurshaPlus and communicate about the product, unless you ask us to delete your information earlier and we can do so without conflicting with legal obligations. Retention periods may be clarified as the service matures.

Security

We use industry-standard transport (HTTPS) and configure database access rules to reduce misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us via the Contact page. We will respond in line with applicable requirements.

Children

This site is not directed at children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International users

If you access the site from outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate (for example the United States or the region selected for Firebase). By using the site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred and processed across borders as needed to provide the service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
